Concordia wins XXII Carat

XXII CARAT, a unique ultra-luxury gated beachfront community, located on Palm Jumeirah has recently appointed Concordia as its FM services partner. The projects ideology of fl¬awless attention to detail with emphasis on energy efficient and environmentally conscious construction, as well as the developers overall creative vision, enhances every aspect of project.

Alexander Karabet, Founder and MD of Mansions Owners Association Management, and Sanjay Bhatia, General Manager Concordia were onsite for a joint walk through and to execute the agreements on June 16th, 2019. Concordia has already mobilized its services and has been working closely with the Mansions team to ensure that the residents receive world class service that would meet the nature of this project.
